Additionally, many Indian Dishes are low in calories and fats, making then and excellent  choice for those looking to maintain their health. The different ways vegetables are cooked make sure that the freshness and nutrient value of them are retained. Most of the Indian cooking process is done in a way that the vegetables used do not lose their health benefits and make the food more enjoyable.

Indian food is incredibly flavorful. The combination of spices and fresh ingredients makes for a very tasty and fragrant cuisine. Indian dishes are often very complex, with many different flavors working together to create a unique and memorable dish. there is a huge variety of dishes to choose from in Indian cuisine. The traditional Indian food is famous world over for its use of multifarious herbs and spices. Their are a variety of dishes available in Indian cuisine, and the way of cooking style differs from region to region. India is known for its diverse food recipes that are served at famous Indian restaurants worldwide.
